Much careful thought has gone in the creation of Aghe as a commercial activity. Our work and our existence are characterized by an emphasis on human relationships, a responsible approach to consumerism and a non-violent attitude also towards the environment.
We are very interested in all that concern food and nutrition, in particular with regard to the safekeeping of biodiversity of local products, health and cultural meanings.
We are convinced that health starts at the table and that food can be both nutritious and delicious. Social justice and respect for the environment also start at the table.
